The Client Assistance Program (CAP) facilitates communication between service providers and
participants in the Vocational Rehabilitation, Independent Living, and American Indian Vocational
Rehabilitation programs. The CAP has been reassigned to the Nevada Disability Advocacy and
Law Center, a non-profit organization, effective November 9, 2012.
