E350 SAFE AND LIVABLE COMMUNITIES
This request authorizes revenue receipt from counties that are, or have already, transition out of the division's "all-risk" fire protection services program. These revenues are provided to the
division to hold the state harmless (from a budget perspective) as the "all-risk" program phases out and the fire districts return to services provided by their respective home counties. The
counties include Storey County, Eureka County and Carson City.

E500 ADJUSTMENTS TO TRANSFERS
This request will re-allocate funding for the NDF Conservation Staff Specialist in charge of the Insect and Disease Program from federal funding to General Fund due to the significant
reduction and eventual elimination of the federal grant funding currently supporting the position. The division has previously been able to support its Forest Health Specialist with funding
from the federal government. The federal funding for that position will no longer be available beyond the current biennium.
