JUDICIAL BRANCH - FORECLOSURE MEDIATION PROGRAM - This section of the Judicial Branch activity budget reports budgetary items for the
Foreclosure Mediation Program alone.
Division Budget Highlights:
1. Continuation of the Program - Due to the uncertainty of future revenue levels, the
budget request includes an enhancement to fund the program from a general fund
appropriation should the Legislature decide to continue the program through the end of the
2013 - 2015 biennium.
