Activity: Prevailing Wage
This activity determines the minimum prevailing wage rates to be paid on public works projects
while ensuring local economies are not adversely impacted by illegal and unscrupulous activities.
This is accomplished by allowing an impartial body to adjudicate disputes, and determine and
enforce payment of prevailing wage rates.
