M741 ACA CASELOAD<br />

This request includes medical costs for recipients who are currently enrolled in <strong>Nevada</strong> Check Up (NCU), or who are currently eligible for NCU but not enrolled, that will become eligible for<br />

Medicaid due to changes made through the passing of the Affordable Care Act. It is anticipated changes to how income is counted in the eligibility determination, specifically using the<br />

Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) up to 138% of the federal poverty level, will transfer numerous NCU recipients from the NCU program to the Medicaid program. This population<br />

will be eligible for Medicaid at the Enhanced NCU Federal Medical Assistance Percentages rate.<br />
