PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Coordinated School Health Education Program to Prevent the Spread of HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) is a federally funded program designed to assist
school districts to establish, strengthen, or expand HIV/AIDS and STD prevention education. The program is used to integrate HIV/AIDS prevention education into a coordinated school
health education framework for Nevada's secondary middle school and high school students. This program ended in March 2012.
