Activity: Victims Assistance Services
This activity provides direct services to victims of domestic violence. Funding is generated from
the sales of marriage licenses statewide. Grants are awarded to non-profit agencies to provide the
following services to victims: shelter, crisis phone access, emergency assistance, advocacy,
hospital accompaniment, and counseling.
