PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The mission of the Conservation Education Division is to promote and enhance public understanding of wildlife and their habitats through the dissemination of information, in a credible
manner, that is designed to inform and educate the citizens of Nevada and the United States. Conservation Education is responsible for public affairs and marketing, hunter/angler and
wildlife education, the volunteer program, publications, and website administration.
BASE
This request continues funding for eighteen positions and associated operating costs. One-time expenditures have been eliminated and partial year costs have been annualized.
