<strong>Peking</strong> <strong>University</strong>, Beijing, May 24th, 2004:China Spanning Development<br />

International Environment Forum will be Held in the Yingjie Exchange Center <strong>of</strong> <strong>PKU</strong><br />

from May 29th to 30th. The forum will be sponsored jointly by State Environment<br />

Protection General Bureau, World Resource Research Institute, and College <strong>of</strong><br />

Environmental Sciences <strong>of</strong> <strong>PKU</strong>. The forum enjoys the support from Oriental<br />

Environment Research Institute and Association <strong>of</strong> Experts on China Environment<br />

Protection.<br />

This forum aims at making scientific developing concept more practicable, exploring<br />

the short cut for China‘s spanning development and listening to the lectures by<br />

international experts on environmental protection. Experts in and abroad on the<br />

forum could exchange ideas and share experiences <strong>of</strong> multinational companies‘<br />

successful cases as well. Furthermore, the forum will exhibit the fruits <strong>of</strong> the project<br />

―Business, Environment, Learning and Leadership‖.<br />

The forum will have five branch forums, including lectures <strong>of</strong> world celebrities on<br />

environment, special course report on ―BELL Market-Oriented Environmental<br />
