PKU International Students Perform a
Dance at the Launching Ceremony of
Leo Koguan Building

Peking University, Beijing, December 22nd, 2006: President of Leo Koguan
Foundation (US) Leo Koguan signed to PKU another 123.5million RMB donation,
which will be used for not only the set-up of scholarship, fellowship, chair
professorship and cross-disciplinary research, but also the construction of the
teaching building of PKU Law School. Meanwhile, PKU School of Government
celebrated its 5th anniversary and the launching of the new office building.
Luo Haocai, vice chairman of Chinese People‘s Political Consultative Conference
(CPPCC) and dean of PKU School of Government, special representative of
President of Century Jin Yuan Group directorate, Mr. Leo Koguan and his friends
were present at the signing ceremony. Leaders from PKU including Chairman of
PKU Council Min Weifang, PKU President Xu Zhihong, Executive Vice Secretary Wu
Zhipan, Vice President Zhang Guoyou, President Assistant Li Yansong, Secretary of
PKU Education Foundation Deng Ya, together with faculties and students from PKU
School of Government also attended the ceremony.
After the signing ceremony, 42 international students at PKU from 18 countries
performed a dance ―Good Days‖, adding color to the festival-like celebration party.
