17 SALARIÉS – RESSOURCES HUMAINES Ressources humaines 17.1 Ressources humaines 17.1.1 Bilan social 17.1.1.1 Effectif total Au 31 décembre 2010, l’effectif total du Groupe (sur la base des sociétés consolidées en intégration globale) s’élevait à 6.361 salariés, pour 6.335 salariés au 31 décembre 2009. 93,2 % de l’effectif travaille en France, et 6,8 % dans d’autres pays d’Europe. L’effectif global se répartit en 38,8 % de cadres (56,3 % de salariés hommes et 43,7 % de salariés femmes) et 61,2 % de non-cadres (21,6 % de salariés hommes et 78,4 % de salariés femmes). 5.929 collaborateurs travaillent à temps complet et 432 salariés du Groupe (soit 6,8 % de l’effectif total) travaillent à temps partiel au 31 décembre 2010. Elle est de 42 ans pour les cadres et de 39,6 ans pour les non-cadres. Les équipes dirigeantes sont composées de 22 personnes dont la moyenne d’âge est de 47,2 ans. L’ancienneté moyenne dans le Groupe est de 8,2 ans soit 8,9 ans chez les cadres et 7,8 ans chez les non-cadres.
