Stationary ergometer. Unit features an adjustable seat and handle bars, pedals with toe clips and variable pedaling resistance. <strong>The</strong><br />

ergometer is designed to accurately measure the rate at which work is performed by a group of muscles under controlled conditions in<br />

which the work load is independent of the patient's body weight. In many cases, the unit is used in place of a treadmill to subject patients<br />

with pulmonary problems to stress testing.<br />
