Triple deck gas oven unit with any combination of modular baking and roasting ovens (3 bake, 2 bake/1 roast, 1 bake/2 roast, 3 roast).<br />

<strong>The</strong> three ovens are mounted on a 10" high stand with four (4) 9" high legs. <strong>The</strong> oven has a stainless steel front with painted sides, top<br />

and back. Stainless steel side, top and back panels are available as options. Steam injection for maintaining moisture content is also an<br />

option on most models. Each of the three ovens will hold two standard size baking pans. <strong>The</strong> overall temperature in each oven is<br />

regulated by a thermostat adjustable from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A signal light in each oven indicates when the oven's heating<br />

elements are on. Refer to the manufacturers specific installation instructions for the selected model. <strong>The</strong> database pricing and<br />

dimensions reflect the most costly and largest of the basic oven configurations. <strong>The</strong> electrical specifications are for powering the<br />

temperature controls, signal lights, oven lamps and pilot light igniters. <strong>The</strong> unit is used in large hospital kitchens and restaurants for<br />

baking and roasting food.<br />
