Group Food Service <strong>Equipment</strong><br />

Heated meal tray transport cart for delivering food. This cart is used for maintaining cooked food at serving temperatures while waiting to<br />

be moved or while en route to wards or other areas of the hospital. <strong>The</strong> unit has 5 or 6 inch diameter heavy duty casters and durable<br />

stainless steel construction welded to withstand severe service. <strong>The</strong> cabinet generally has three hinged doors and the interior<br />

compartment(s) hold a wide variety of prepared meal trays. Some manufacturers offer combination heated/refrigerated carts. <strong>The</strong><br />

cabinet is used in food service operations for mobile storage, bussing and general food handling in hotels, restaurants, schools and<br />

healthcare facilities.<br />
