Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Food Service Equipment
Automatic dishwasher which uses steam to heat the water in its two tanks. The unit is constructed of stainless steel and has a pre-wash,
wash and rinse cycle. A 1/10 HP or larger electric motor powers the conveyor on which the dishracks ride. Three 1 HP or larger motors
power the pre-wash, wash and rinse water circulating pumps. The unit collects and disposes of food dislodged from dishware, has
curtains at each end and has large doors for inspection of the machine. The dishwasher's controls are mounted for ease of operator use.
Optional blower/dryer units remove the last of the rinse water. Accessory condensing units may eliminate the need to vent the
dishwasher to the atmosphere. Propane, natural gas and electrically heated models are also available. Because they vary widely from
model to model, the dishwasher's final physical and utility configurations should be carefully reconciled with the facility drawings. The
database height dimension reflects the clearance required to raise a machine door for servicing but not the clearance required beneath a
ventilation hood. The machine listed in the database is each manufacturer's top line unit for the specified number of tanks.
