Automatic dishwasher which uses steam to heat the water in the single tank. The unit is constructed of stainless steel and has a pre-wash,
wash and rinse cycle. A 1/10 HP or larger electric motor powers the conveyor on which the dishracks ride. Two 1/2 HP or larger motors
power the pre-wash and wash water circulating pumps. The unit collects and disposes of food dislodged from dishware, has curtains at
each end and has large doors for inspection of the machine. The dishwasher's controls are mounted for ease of operator use. Optional
blower/dryers remove the last of the rinse water. Accessory condensing units may eliminate the need to vent the dishwasher to the
atmosphere. Propane, natural gas and electrically heated models are also available. Because they can vary widely from model to model,
the dishwasher's final physical and utility configurations should be carefully reconciled with the facility drawings. The database height
dimension reflects the clearance required to raise a machine door for servicing but not the clearance required beneath a ventilation hood.
