exceeds the predetermined alarm level, a loud two-tone alarm and a flashing red light are activated. The detector and circuitry can
withstand high levels of radiation. The unit assures that persons working in and around radiation areas are adequately alerted to
hazardous levels of gamma- and x-rays.
