Gas range with a standard or convection oven. <strong>The</strong> unit features a stainless steel front and top with painted sides; stainless steel sides are<br />

available. <strong>The</strong> range top can have a variety of configurations. <strong>The</strong> database specifications and pricing are for a six burner basic range with<br />

three burners in front and three burners in the rear. <strong>The</strong> oven has five matched rack position guides and three racks. <strong>The</strong> gas connections<br />

may be via a front or rear manifold. Different models have specific installation requirements, clearances from combustible materials and<br />

installation restrictions. Refer to the manufacturers' technical sheets. <strong>The</strong> database height dimension does not include the riser for an<br />

above range shelf. <strong>The</strong> database electrical specifications are for automatic pilot lighting. <strong>The</strong> unit is used in hospital food service<br />
