Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Physical Therapy / Gym
Fixed height incline bench for strength training or rehabilitation use in a gym or Physical Therapy. The bench has an incline angle of 30
degrees to best isolate the upper chest muscles. A series of racking pegs on the bench's uprights support the loaded barbell before and
after lifting. The bench's design permits easy second person safety spotting for heavy lifts. Some models have adjustable seat pads and
foot supports which compensate for differing leg lengths and better position the lifter's torso to relieve pressure on the lower back. Other
available models do not have upright racking pegs and/or feature fixed inclines up to 45 degrees. Refer to JSN G1000 for weightlifting
benches with adjustable inclines.
