Dual infrared broiler. <strong>The</strong> unit features two broiling units which are heated by the power blown combustion of natural gas in the vicinity<br />

of ceramic tile infrared generators. <strong>The</strong> unit has gas pressure regulators and pilot lights. Each broiling grid moves on roller bearings and<br />

its distance from the tiles can be adjusted using a manual lever. <strong>The</strong> broiler has a stainless steel front and top; stainless steel sides are<br />

available. <strong>The</strong> database height dimension is for the greatest height in the manufacturers' series of this type of oven. <strong>The</strong> unit is used in<br />

commercial kitchens and hospitals for large volume food preparation.<br />
