Half-height food holding cabinet (adjunct to cafeteria counter) which can heat stored food or keep it cold. <strong>The</strong> cabinet is made of<br />

corrosion resistant steel, is fully insulated, has a full length hinged door with lock, has four lifting handles and has channel type interior<br />

slides to hold seven or eight 12 inch wide, 20 inch long and 2-1/2 inch deep pans. <strong>The</strong> cabinet will also hold 4 inch and 6 inch deep pans.<br />

<strong>The</strong> cabinet has a heating unit, a cold holding plate or cooling unit and four 4 inch casters. For dual compartment cabinets, see JSN<br />

K6250. This unit is used to hold hot and cold food in commercial kitchens and hospitals.<br />
