Gas griddle. <strong>The</strong> griddle has a minimum 3/4 inch thick steel heating surface, rests on a fixed floor stand, has a thermostat control for each<br />

linear foot of griddle and has a grease trough which empties into a drawer for easy cleaning. <strong>The</strong> stand comes with a stainless steel lower<br />

shelf. Casters may be added to the stand for mobility allowing the griddle to be moved as necessary. <strong>The</strong> unit is used for food<br />

preparation in commercial and institutional food service.<br />
