Mobile, hot food cafeteria counter. This unit has a top compartment capable of holding five (5) 12" by 20" pans, a full length food display<br />

shelf with sneeze guard, a drop-type solid or three rail tray slide, four (4) 5 inch swivel casters, shelving underneath the warming wells and<br />

a work shelf on the server's side. <strong>The</strong> complete unit is insulated as is each well. Each well is also individually thermostatically controlled<br />

with an individual heating element. <strong>The</strong> exact unit dimensions depend on the specific manufacturer; refer to the technical data sheets.<br />

<strong>The</strong> database depth dimension does not include the fold down tray rail but does include the 8-10" working shelf on the server's side. <strong>The</strong><br />

unit is used in hospitals, schools and commercial food service establishments.<br />
