spray arms. <strong>The</strong> washer cleans pots, large preparation bowls and kitchen appliance parts. <strong>The</strong> unit drains after each cycle. <strong>The</strong> database<br />

information is for a straight pass through unit with an electric tank heater. Corner units and units with chemical or low temperature<br />

sterilization are available. <strong>The</strong> database physical specifications include the clearance needed to remove the unit's vertical doors and the<br />

extra footprint of exterior mounted control boxes and pipe connections. This unit is used in hospitals and large food service areas.<br />
