Two basket electric deep fat fryer. <strong>The</strong> baskets can sit in individual frying oil reservoirs or both can be in a single larger reservoir. <strong>The</strong> unit<br />

is counter mounted, holds 30-35 lb. of hot oil and has swing up or removable corrosion resistant heating elements, solid state or<br />

programmable controls, self-diagnostics, a backsplash and an electronic or thermostatic over-temperature shutoff. <strong>The</strong> basic unit has<br />

painted sides, an aluminized back and a stainless steel front and top; a full stainless steel enclosure is optional. Some models have<br />

automatic basket lifts. <strong>The</strong> database height dimension refers to a unit with its coils lifted for cleaning.<br />
