Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Food Service Equipment
Floor mounted, double compartment gas convection oven. Each section of the oven has its separate heating elements, dual speed fan,
window and controls. Each oven will operate from 150 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Either oven compartment can be used as a
single oven without requiring the second compartment to heat. Opening the oven doors turns off gas to the heating elements and power
to the blower motor. The unit has stainless steel sides, front, top and legs. Some manufacturers offer extra deep models or models on
casters. The electrical requirements are for the blower motors and electronic spark ignition. Some models require two electrical circuits
(one per oven); refer to the individual model specifications. The database electrical requirements are for the complete oven. The database
physical dimensions do not include the manufacturer's recommended clearances for proper ventilation; refer to each manufacturer's
technical sheet. The oven is used for roasting, baking and general cooking in large restaurants and hospitals.
