Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Food Service Equipment
Free standing, 30 lb. capacity, electric stainless steel vegetable peeler with a stand, peel strainer and trap. The peeler has a 1/2 HP motor
and peels vegetables using a large, reinforced, rotating plastic peeling disk with the abrasive permanently bonded to its surface. The
interior of the hopper also has abrasive bonded to its surface to ensure tumbling of the vegetables. The unit has a lock-on hopper cover,
adjustable legs and centralized controls. The peeler can also be configured with a disposal unit rather than a peel strainer and trap. The
disposal unit configuration may require a second outlet with a different voltage. This unit is used in large food service operations for
peeling vegetables.
