Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Food Service Equipment
Floor mounted double compartment electric convection oven. Each section of the oven has its separate heating elements, dual speed fan,
window and controls. Each oven will operate from 150 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Either oven compartment can be used as a
single oven without requiring the second compartment to heat. Opening the oven doors turns off power to the heating elements and
blower motor. The unit has stainless steel sides, front, top and legs. Some manufacturers offer extra deep models or models on casters.
The database physical dimensions do not include the manufacturer's recommended clearances for proper ventilation; refer to each
manufacturer's technical sheet. The oven is used for roasting, baking and general cooking in large restaurants and hospitals.
