Two basket gas heated deep fat fryer. <strong>The</strong> unit is freestanding, holds 30-40 lb. of hot oil and has leveling legs, swing up or removable<br />

corrosion resistant heating elements, solid state or programmable controls, self-diagnostics, a backsplash and an electronic or<br />

thermostatic over-temperature shutoff. <strong>The</strong> unit can have one large oil tank holding both baskets or two smaller tanks holding one<br />

basket each. <strong>The</strong> basic unit has painted sides, an aluminized back and a stainless steel front and top; a full stainless steel enclosure is<br />

optional. Some models have automatic basket lifts. <strong>The</strong> fryer can run on either natural or liquid propane gas. <strong>The</strong> database height<br />

dimension refers to a unit with its coils lifted for cleaning. <strong>The</strong> electrical specifications are for the automatic basket lifts and power<br />

controls. See the manufacturers' specifications for required clearances from combustible materials and open heating elements.<br />
