Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Physical Therapy / Gym
Abdominal board designed to hold the upper portion of the user's legs perpendicular to the user's torso. This position isolates the
abdominal muscles more effectively than bent leg exercises done on a flat abdominal board which only holds the user's legs at the ankle.
The board can tilt from an incline through a horizontal plane and further into a decline to provide increasingly strenuous workouts
depending on the user's physical condition. The board's durable padding provides stability and prevents injury. The board is used in a
gymnasium or the exercise area of physical therapy.
