Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Physical Therapy / Gym
Leg press/squat exercise machine for use in a gymnasium or the exercise area of Physical Therapy. The machine uses a configuration of
weights, pulleys and cables or belts to apply resistance against bio-mechanically correct leg movements by the exerciser. The progressive
increase of the resistance weight leads to strengthening of the gluteus maximus, quadriceps and hamstring muscles. The database
physical dimensions will accommodate a leg press machine or a plate loaded squat station.
