Vegetable cutter/slicer. <strong>The</strong> slicer has a minimum 1/2 HP drive unit to which a slicer, dicer or another vegetable cutting knife can be<br />

attached. <strong>The</strong> housing can be anodized aluminum or stainless steel. Most manufacturers offer several machines with different capacities<br />

and configurations. <strong>The</strong> database information is for the highest capacity machine in a manufacturer's line running on 120 volts. One<br />

manufacturer (CAGE 0H0S2) makes machines which run on 220 volts, have 1-1/2 HP motors and have very high production rates. <strong>The</strong> unit<br />

is used to slice, chop, dice, julienne, shred or grate vegetables in large kitchens of hospitals and restaurants.<br />
