Two-thirds (2/3) or fully jacketed, tilting, 60 gallon capacity kettle. <strong>The</strong> unit features a self-contained gas-fired steam generator, stainless<br />

steel construction, lifting cover, faucet, draw off valve and a kettle body of solid one piece welded construction with heavy duty bar rim.<br />

<strong>The</strong> kettle is mounted on a pedestal base or in a support structure. <strong>The</strong> tilting mechanism will securely hold the kettle at any angle away<br />

from vertical. <strong>The</strong> database height specification includes the space for opening the kettle lid. <strong>The</strong> unit is used for wet roasting meats,<br />

soups, pie fillings and stews in commercial and institutional food service operations.<br />
