Two-thirds (2/3) or fully jacketed, tilting, 60 gallon capacity kettle. The unit features a self-contained gas-fired steam generator, stainless
steel construction, lifting cover, faucet, draw off valve and a kettle body of solid one piece welded construction with heavy duty bar rim.
The kettle is mounted on a pedestal base or in a support structure. The tilting mechanism will securely hold the kettle at any angle away
from vertical. The database height specification includes the space for opening the kettle lid. The unit is used for wet roasting meats,
soups, pie fillings and stews in commercial and institutional food service operations.
