Description
Unit of Issue EA
Group Food Service Equipment
Stainless steel kitchen exhaust hood. The unit has removable grease filters for use over any area, is fabricated to dimensions as required,
provides for forced upward air flow through a hood and the grease filter and can pull the exhaust down through a vent and dissipate it
below the kitchen to an outside area with complete automatic grease extraction. The database reflects the requirements for a 12 foot
wide unit. The database price does not include the filter elements. The database electrical requirements are for any light fixture that is
part of the hood. The fan that draws the air from this unit is not part of this unit. This hood facilitates exhaust dissipation in commercial
