Fully jacketed steam kettle with a 60 gallon capacity. <strong>The</strong> kettle body is supported on a pedestal or legs bolted to the floor. <strong>The</strong> unit<br />

operates dependably at any steam pressure between 5 and 25 PSI and requires a steam trap. This unit does not tilt; see JSN K3990 for a<br />

tilting kettle. <strong>The</strong> database height dimension includes the clearance needed to open the kettle cover. <strong>The</strong> kettle is used in the<br />

preparations of soups, sauces, and vegetables in commercial and institutional food service operations.<br />
