Fully jacketed steam kettle with a 60 gallon capacity. The kettle body is supported on a pedestal or legs bolted to the floor. The unit
operates dependably at any steam pressure between 5 and 25 PSI and requires a steam trap. This unit does not tilt; see JSN K3990 for a
tilting kettle. The database height dimension includes the clearance needed to open the kettle cover. The kettle is used in the
preparations of soups, sauces, and vegetables in commercial and institutional food service operations.
