Two basket electric deep fat fryer. <strong>The</strong> unit is freestanding, holds 30-35 lb. of hot oil, has leveling legs, swing up or removable corrosion<br />

resistant heating elements, solid state or programmable controls, self-diagnostics, a backsplash and an electronic or thermostatic overtemperature<br />

shutoff. <strong>The</strong> basic unit has painted sides, an aluminized back and a stainless steel front and top; a full stainless steel<br />

enclosure is optional. Some models have automatic basket lifts. <strong>The</strong> database height dimension refers to a unit with its coils lifted for<br />

cleaning.<br />
