Meat grinder. <strong>The</strong> unit has a 7 HP or larger motor and is capable of grinding 85 pounds of meat per minute through a 1/8 inch plate on<br />

the first cutting. <strong>The</strong> grinder has an electrical safety interlock to prevent operation when the feed pan is removed. All surfaces which<br />

come in contact with the meat are stainless steel, chrome or heavily tinned cast iron and are easily exposed or removed for cleaning. A<br />

variety of slicing attachments are available.<br />
