Peritoneal dialysis system. Unit contains several pumps operating in sequence to infuse into and remove dialysate fluid from the<br />

peritoneal cavity of the patient. <strong>The</strong> unit contains a solution heater and solution concentration monitors to maintain thermal and<br />

electrolyte balances between the patient and dialysate. <strong>The</strong> unit contains alarms for low or no-flow conditions, overfill, low drain rate and<br />

may also have alarms for inconsistent parameter settings and tubing alignment. <strong>The</strong> display shows all alarms, system settings and a<br />

variety of parameters. <strong>The</strong> unit can be mounted on a table or cart.<br />
