Mobile food storage rack for use in food preservation and transport. <strong>The</strong> unit is made of stainless steel or aluminum, has four heavy duty<br />

recessed plate casters and matching pan ledges on the sides. <strong>The</strong> unit can be used in room temperature, freezer or refrigerated storage<br />

and can roll from one type of storage to another. <strong>The</strong> unit's sides are open or perforated to permit air circulation around the pans when<br />

used for refrigerated or freezer storage. Models come with varying types of and distances between the pan ledges. <strong>The</strong> unit must be able<br />

to pass through refrigerator and freezer doorways. <strong>The</strong> doorway dimensions of the refrigeration equipment selected will determine the<br />

size of the rack to procure.<br />
