Mobile food storage rack for use in food preservation and transport. The unit is made of stainless steel or aluminum, has four heavy duty
recessed plate casters and matching pan ledges on the sides. The unit can be used in room temperature, freezer or refrigerated storage
and can roll from one type of storage to another. The unit's sides are open or perforated to permit air circulation around the pans when
used for refrigerated or freezer storage. Models come with varying types of and distances between the pan ledges. The unit must be able
to pass through refrigerator and freezer doorways. The doorway dimensions of the refrigeration equipment selected will determine the
size of the rack to procure.
