Abdominal exercise machine for use in a gymnasium or the exercise area of Physical <strong>The</strong>rapy. <strong>The</strong> machine uses a configuration of<br />

weights, pulleys and cables or belts to apply resistance against a bio-mechanically correct abdominal muscle contraction by the exerciser.<br />

<strong>The</strong> progressive increase of the resistance weight leads to strengthening of the upper and lower abdominal as well as the oblique muscles.<br />
