This is a multi-energy linear accelerator. This unit is an isocentrically-mounted, Mega-voltage therapy machine which provides electron
therapy in the range 4 to 18 MeV and x-ray therapy at 6 MV and 15 MV. The system consists of the following items: radio frequency (RF),
power source (magnetron) and (RF) circuit (isolator, directional coupler, RF load and phase shifter). It also includes an accelerating
structure and automatic frequency control system (AFC). The units applications are radiation therapy.
