Large dual or single basket electric fryer with a fat capacity of 85-90 pounds. <strong>The</strong> unit features a stainless steel front and top with painted<br />

sides, welded frame and cabinet, swing top and immersion type tubular elements with stainless steel exterior surfaces. Stainless steel side<br />

panels are available. <strong>The</strong> unit has solid state controls; programmable controls are also available. Some models require direct electrical<br />

connections without plugs. <strong>The</strong> database height specification includes the space needed to raise the heating elements. See<br />

manufacturers' technical sheets for the clearance required for roll-out draining tubs on some models. This unit is used to prepare fried<br />

foods in commercial and institutional food service operations.<br />
