and accurate catalogue <strong>of</strong> the Grasmere papers, but in the early 1960s<br />

incomplete facs sets <strong>of</strong> major Grasmere mss held at that time were deposited in<br />

the Bodleian and the lib <strong>of</strong> the Univ <strong>of</strong> Alberta, and later at Cornell Univ Lib.<br />

Some major items are kept at several colleges <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cambridge</strong> Univ, and the location<br />

others). <strong>The</strong> Library <strong>of</strong> Congress National Union Catalog <strong>of</strong> Manuscript<br />

Collections (1959–93) contains listings <strong>of</strong> other Wordsworth items in<br />

American institutions.<br />

Facs (photo) reproductions are available as follows: in all vols <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong><br />

Cornell Wordsworth Edition, 1975— , the complete mss relevant to the<br />

reading texts printed are reproduced; BL Additional MS 47864 is reproduced<br />

in <strong>The</strong> manuscript <strong>of</strong> William Wordsworth’s poems, in two volumes<br />

(1807), a facsimile, 1984, introd by W. H. Kelliher; the earliest seven letters<br />

printed in <strong>The</strong> love letters <strong>of</strong> William and Mary Wordsworth are reproduced<br />

in My dearest love: letters <strong>of</strong> William and Mary Wordsworth,<br />
