Remembrance in Time
Odobleja entitled,, Diversity and Unity in Cybernetics" the participants chanted: ”in
Romania, you have a golden man who deserves a statue of gold". The Romanian
representative returns to the country and he told to doctor Ştefan Odobleja who was on
his death bed : „Sir, I won, they chanted 40 years of cybernetics”. „Thank you, thank you,
but for me, it is too late”.
Two tears rolled down his cheeks afflicted by disease. On the morning of September
4, 1978, at 4 o’clock in the morning, he left us, pointing to the ceiling following the
agreement made with me, that is if he saw a different world, perhaps the world he thought
it’d be more just than this one.
After the 1978 Congress in Amsterdam, John Rose came to Romania and awarded
Nicolae Ceausescu the „Norbert Wiener - 30 years" for scientific merit in cybernetics 9 .
But nothing could stop the work Dr. Ştefan Odobleja assertion that surprised by its
increasingly modernism in time. Odobleja's work is always current and soars into the sky
where the place of great discoveries of the most intelligent human mind and illuminates
our path to the future is.

About the social-economic moral (Fragments from “The Consonant Psychology”
(pages 710-712)
Ștefan Odobleja, the author of “The Consonant Psychology”, published in Paris in
1938 (Vol. I) and in 1939 (Vol. II), in the chapter „The Social-Economic Moral” makes
an analyses of the characteristics of liberal and social thoughts, underlining the difference
between the two concepts:
