By letter №10072 of 27 November 1990 regarding the increased interest in papers seized by the
Interior Ministry, the President of the General Department of Archives to the "Information and
records" of the Interior Ministry insited they to be returned to the state archives. It was
available, upon request, by the Ministry of Interior, Archive Management to provide free
