Remembrance in Time
After lunch, the thematic trip in the Fagaras mountains was organized, following the
partisans who fought against the Communism instauration.
The trip with the bus on the most spectaculos road in the mountain „Transfagarasan” to
the Balea Fall continued with the cableway to the Balea Lake. From this altitude Fagaras
takes place in a wonderful panoramic alive map. In these dominant places, hard to reach,
the young anticommunism fighters have found a refuge.
The day of 6th August 2012
In this day the final meeting was held, in which, were presented the conclusions of the
organized actions. There were awarded the participation diplomas.
An emotional moment was the closing word of vice-rector Assoc.Prof. Dr. Mihail
Mihoc from the St. Kiril and St. Metodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, that handed to
the President of Negru Voda Cultural Foundation Fagaras a painting with the images of
the Veliko Tarnovo town, as a sign of friendship of the guests from abroad. Additions
were made to the final program event of the project OPENNESS, held in September in
Hódmezıvásárhely, Hungary.
The opening of the Symposium, organized in Făgăraş city, at the Festive Hall (Room
Diet) of Fagaras County Museum
