Western leaders must not imagine that communist governments that do not respect any
commitments set out in treaties and conventions in the political, economic, cultural, and
so on will follow precisely the commitments they have made in the military.
After the signing of 23 august 1944, the Romanian army suffered a drastic treatment,

first military attitudes concerning the condemnation of communism and the whole system
set up in Romania.
