tendo a responsabilidade da questão biológica da preparação das equipas nacionais de remo
e ciclismo da ex-União Soviética. No presente artigo apresenta-se uma estratégia
metodológica direccionada ao estudo pormenorizado dos parâmetros biológicos
fundamentais que conformam a organização (factorial) da Estrutura da Preparação
Funcional com a qual pretende-se optimizar o rendimento desportivo a nível da resistência
especial e desta maneira aspirar que contribua para que os diferentes agentes desportivos
(treinadores, fisiologistas, médicos e outros agentes desportivos) possuam mais uma
ferramenta de trabalho que talvez possa contribuir para melhorar a organização e
planificação do treino dos seus atletas.
ABSTRACT
Currently sporting results in high competition have reached extremely high levels which
implies that further improve it to them makes it very difficult. Design a sports preparation
with emphasis on biological factors, one wants to effectively meet the modern demands, will
only be possible by performing a very close monitoring of the postulates of modern theory
and methodology of sports training and biology. For the latter, it is clear that many questions
regarding the functional capabilities have been studied in isolation, a little on the sidelines of
the global problems of sports physiology. In this article we present a more global perspective
(inclusive) of the biological phenomenon, oriented to the study of physiological phenomena,
biochemical and ergonomic cardio-respiratory system and cardio-vascular disease which
constitute the framework of functional preparation of the sportsmen of high competition
from some sports of cyclic locomotion structure. The article seeks to present, very briefly of
course, part of the work conducted by Professor, VS Mishchenko who for many years
directed the work done in the Laboratory of Scientific Research of the Problems of Sport
