High Competition Annex to the State Institute of Physical Culture in Kiev (IECFK) now
renamed the National University of Physical Education an Sport of Ukraine (UNEFU), taking
responsibility for biological question of the preparation of national teams in rowing and
cycling the ex - Soviet Union. In this paper we present a methodology aimed at the detailed
study of basic biological parameters that make up the organization (factorial) Structure of
the Functional Preparation to which it is intended to enhance athletic performance, at the
level of especially endurance and thus strive to contribute for the different sports officials
(coaches, physiologists and other sports officials) have a longer working tool that may
contribute to improve the organization and planning of training of their athletes.
