Installation de <strong>CA</strong> EEMInstallation de <strong>CA</strong> EEMRemarque : Avant d'installer ce composant, vérifiez et lisez les informationsrelatives à la planification d'une installation réussie.<strong>CA</strong> EEM authentifie et autorise les utilisateurs des produits <strong>CA</strong>, comme <strong>CA</strong>Workflow et <strong>CA</strong> <strong>Service</strong> Management. L'authentification signifie qu'un IDd'utilisateur et un mot de passe, ou d'autres informations, vérifient qu'unproduit valide est utilisé. Autorisation signifie valider le fait qu'un utilisateurconnecté peut accéder à une fonctionnalité particulière du produit.Chaque fois qu'un utilisateur essaye de se connecter, <strong>CA</strong> EEM doit authentifierses informations ; lorsqu'elles sont authentifiées, l'accès est accordé ou refusé.Par exemple, un utilisateur doit avoir un enregistrement d'utilisateur de <strong>CA</strong>EEM pour accéder à IDE ou à l'application de la liste de travail de <strong>CA</strong> Workflow.Si vous utilisez <strong>CA</strong> Workflow dans <strong>CA</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Desk</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> pour gérer vosprocessus métiers, commencez par démarrer et exécuter l'installation de <strong>CA</strong>EEM dans un environnement d'exploitation pris en charge.
